Job Overview
Come and join us at an exciting time and be part of the Professional Support Service’s journey. The role is part time within the Quality Assurance Team supporting Child Protection Conferences, Looked After Children, and Adult Safeguarding. Your duties include supporting Child Protection Chairs, Independent Reviewing Officers, Conference Support Officers, and team managers on a day‑to‑day basis, coordinating child protection conferences, managing scheduling, and assisting with the in‑house LCS system.
Responsibilities
* Support Child Protection Chairs, Independent Reviewing Officers, Conference Support Officers and team managers.
* Assist with Child Protection Conferences, Looked After Children, and Adult Safeguarding tasks.
* Coordinate child protection conferences and manage scheduling.
* Provide support with the in‑house system LCS.
* Handle queries over the telephone and in person.
* Produce statistical information for team managers.
* Prioritise workload and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
* Flexible approach.

* Strong organisational skills and initiative to prioritise workload.
* Self‑starter.
* Thrives in a busy and diverse environment.
* Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
