About The Role
HC-One is seeking a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.

About You
You will be organized to meet service times, thrive on autonomy to plan and prioritize, and follow recipes precisely. Your passion for food and understanding of the importance of good quality, home-cooked meals for Residents are essential. When communicating with Residents or colleagues, you will be considerate and kind.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect, and know what actions to take. All colleagues must attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and seek appropriate advice and escalate concerns if necessary.
