Role Description

This is a part-time role for a Business Development Executive that will initially focus on the Northern Ireland market. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role includes lead generation, maintaining communication with clients, and effectively managing accounts to ensure consistent business growth. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of fresh produce supply chains and a proactive approach to business development.

What You'll Do:

* Drive Growth
: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in the UK for Tundabora.
* Client Relationships
: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and other stakeholders.
* Solution Selling
: Understand client challenges in securing fresh fruit and articulate the value of our offerings through tailored presentations and demonstrations.
* Market Insights
: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to ensure Tundabora becomes a trusted market leader.
* Collaborate
: Work closely with the rest of Tundaabora's teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

You:

* Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
* Strong Business acumen and Communication skills
* Experience in Account Management
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and meet targets
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Previous experience in the produce industry or export business is a plus

Location:

This role offers flexibility with remote working, but candidates should be based in Northern Ireland and willing to travel for client engagements.
