Location: Ashton-Under-Lyne
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-1pm (25 hours/week)
Pay: £13.08 per hour
Type: Temp to Perm
What You'll Be Doing as the Technical Co-Ordinator
*Keeping product specs and factory documentation up to date
*Handling customer queries and product questionnaires with confidence
*Reviewing artwork and barcodes for compliance
*Supporting product launches with accurate technical documentation
*Conducting internal audits and assisting with external ones (BRCGS, COP)
*Performing GAP analyses and driving corrective actions
*Managing food safety and quality records
*Contributing to continuous improvement across the site
You must have the following in order to be invited for an interview:
*Food Safety Level 3 & HACCP Level 2 (essential)
*Solid knowledge of BRCGS, GMP, GHP, and Food Defence
*Experience with internal audits and basic microbiology (a plus!)
*Sharp attention to detail and strong communication skills
*Confidence to work independently and make sound decisions
*Must be able to work part time
