SEN Teacher (QTS) - Slough - Permanent Full-Time Opportunity We are seeking a committed, experienced, and forward-thinking SEN Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join a well-resourced and inclusive SEND provision in Slough. This is a full-time, permanent role for a dedicated education professional who is passionate about transforming the lives of children with special educational needs. The school caters for pupils with a range of complex needs, including Autism (ASD), Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD), and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. Your role will be instrumental in delivering personalised, accessible, and engaging teaching that supports each pupil's academic and personal development. The Role - SEN Teacher in Slough As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for a small class group with the support of dedicated Teaching Assistants. Your primary focus will be on: Planning and delivering differentiated lessons in line with EHCPs and individual learning plans Creating an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment that enables progress in both academic and emotional development Using assessment data to inform and adapt teaching strategies Collaborating with SENCOs, therapists, external agencies and parents/carers to ensure continuity of support Supporting TAs and contributing to whole-school SEND practice This role is based in Slough, and we are only considering candidates who can commute reliably or relocate with ease. Candidate Profile - What We're Looking For We welcome applications from QTS-qualified SEN Teachers with a strong understanding of special educational needs and a track record of delivering high-quality, inclusive education.
