Job Description

Looking for a role where you can make a real difference, every single day?

We’re working with a welcoming SEND school looking for someone who can step in and support pupils with additional needs including autism and SEMH.

What we’re looking for:• Experience with children or young people• A patient, steady approach, you’re someone pupils can rely on• A genuine interest in SEND and supporting individual needs• Someone who brings positive energy, even on the tricky days

What you’ll be doing:• Supporting pupils across the classroom, 1:1 and in small groups• Helping children stay engaged, regulated, and confident• Working closely with teachers and SEND staff to keep things consistent• Creating a calm, structured environment where pupils can thrive

Start date: 1st September

Hours: Monday - Thursday 815am - 330pm, term time only (full time roles also available)

Location: North Bristol
