JAM Staffing Solutions are seeking motivated Factory Workers to join our manufacturing client in Shrewsbury. This role involves handling, checking and overall care of finished windows frames.
Pay: £12.21ph
Hours: 05:30-14:00 Monday-Friday
Duties
* Load and unload bespoke products on and off a production Line
* Assist with the assembly, packaging, or processing of products as required.
* Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
* Follow health and safety regulations at all times during shifts
* Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
* Support team members in achieving production targets and deadlines
Skills
* Previous experience in a factory environment
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control
* Good organisational skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
