As a Regional Lead Nurse, you will:
🔹 Lead and support Nurse Case Managers to ensure outstanding service delivery
🔹 Build strong relationships with NHS commissioners & healthcare teams
🔹 Oversee patient care, ensuring compliance with CQC standards
🔹 Manage complaints, incidents, and safeguarding procedures
🔹 Participate in an on-call management rota
🔹 Maintain clinical policies & procedures to uphold the highest standards
About You
The ideal Regional Lead Nurse will be a Registered General Nurse (NMC Registered) with:
✔ Experience in tracheostomy & ventilator care
✔ A background in clinical or nursing management
✔ Strong leadership & organisational skills
✔ The ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
✔ A patient-focused approach with excellent influencing skills
