This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with pupils who require guidance in managing their behaviour and emotions, helping them to thrive both academically and personally.As a Behaviour Mentor, your responsibilities will include:* Providing consistent 1:1 support to pupils with behavioural needs* Implementing behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques* Building strong, trusting relationships with students* Supporting pupils in developing emotional regulation and social skills* Working collaboratively with teaching staff and other support professionals* Contributing to a positive and structured learning environment* ASAP start in a well-connected Reading locationThis role would suit someone with experience in education, youth work, care, or a similar field.
