As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll play a hands-on role in producing the cartridge consumables that power our breakthrough diagnostics system. You’ll be working with a close-knit team on the manufacturing line, using your practical skills and experience with production equipment to keep quality high and output steady. What you’ll be doing: Assembling consumables using machinery, presses, and welding equipment Carrying out practical, hands-on tasks to keep production moving smoothly Checking builds meet quality and safety standards during and after assembly Logging work accurately to keep production records up to date Spotting issues early, raising them quickly, and suggesting improvements Taking ownership of your work and seeing the real-world impact as products move closer to launch (Current hours: 09:00–17:30. Moving to shift patterns of 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 as we expand.) Requirements Requirements – What we’re looking for: Practical, hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production line role Skilled in using assembly machinery, presses, or welders (training provided where needed) Comfortable following standard processes while adapting when things change Experience working in cleanroom environments (ISO 13485 / cGMP a plus) Familiar with Quality Management Systems (QMS) Strong communication and teamwork skills A proactive, can-do attitude – quick to step in when challenges arise Benefits 2025 is a milestone year for us.
