Administrator
Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our automotive client based in Corby.
This role involves a wide range of duties including data entry, report distribution, customer service support, and documentation for vehicle processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support including data entry, document management, and report generation.
Manage the creation and confirmation of job cards and enter production data accurately.
Administer vehicle collection processes
Respond to customer requests received both locally and remotely.
Assist the Buyer Experience team with customer contact and service delivery.
Address and resolve customer issues, queries, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
Support other teams and locations as required.
Undertake additional duties outside the usual scope of the role when necessary.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in an administrative role (essential).
Basic IT skills, including familiarity with common office software.
High attention to detail.
Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
Shift pattern of 4 on and 4 off - 6AM - 6PM
This is an ongoing temporary assignment with opportunities to go perm within the business.
£12.21 Per hour
