Customer Team Leader
Location: 1 College Road, Hereford, HR1 1EE
Pay: £13.65 per hour
Contract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime
Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings (6am), afternoons, late evenings (11pm) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll lead the store team – coaching and supervising Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning spillages.

What you’ll do
* Provide friendly and helpful service, managing the store and handling challenging situations
* Develop your team through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture
* Ensure store safety, legality, and operational readiness
* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy
* Support your store manager by deputising and handling HR processes
* Lead the introduction of new products and services, encouraging team feedback
* Build relationships and engage with the local community, supporting the Co-op community plan
