Central Recruitment is currently recruiting for a number of Progression Coaches, to work within services in the North East of England. The organisation delivers a wide range of floating support and housing services for young people at risk of homelessness. The successful candidate will be required to work a total of 37.5 hours per week and will work various shift patterns from Monday to Sunday, including early shifts, late shifts and day shifts. Temporary cover is required for approximately 2-3 months. The pay rate is £12.38 per hour, with £1.49 holiday pay, totalling £13.87 per hour. Please note; this role involves meeting with young people in the community and their homes in towns and cities across the North East. In this position, you will be expected to; * Hold a caseload of young people and conduct regular key working sessions, providing one to one support to ensure goals are identified and met * Complete comprehensive and ongoing risk and needs assessments * Interview and assess the suitability of referrals to the criteria and objectives of the project and provide written feedback to unsuccessful applicants * Ensure that residents ready to move on have an appropriate network of support and resources to aid their transition to independent living and are positively involved with their own development * Where service users have moved in to accommodation, provide support through a programme of re...
