Your Role
We need a technically astute Project Manager Delivery Led to join a high-profile Data Centre Exit Programme The role will lead the planning and execution of migration technology build and integration activities ideally across both physical and cloud environments Working closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless transition from legacy infrastructure with minimal risk and disruption to the business
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end to end program delivery ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards
2. Define and manage program governance financials and reporting frameworks
3. Oversee multiple project streams ensuring interdependencies are managed effectively
4. Drive cloud transformation initiatives AWS preferred and digital modernization
5. Engage with senior stakeholders across business and technology for strategic decision making
6. Ensure adherence to Barclays standards risk frameworks and compliance requirements
7. Facilitate Agile Safe delivery models and coach teams on best practices
Required Skills Experience
8. 12 years of experience in Program Management within Banking Financial Services
9. Proven track record of managing multimillion dollar programs and large teams
10. Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and migration strategies
11. Expertise in Agile Safe methodologies and tools like JIRA Confluence
12. Excellent stakeholder management leadership and communication skills
13. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and risk management practices
