LB Design Recruitment are delighted to be working with a long-established architectural practice who are seeking to expand their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in the technical management and delivery of a number of exciting new mixed-use projects.
The role will suit someone with a proven track record of delivering smaller-scale projects and preparing design/technical packages for medium-sized schemes. You will also need the ability to liaise confidently with clients, consultants and colleagues.
Key requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience within the UK
* A Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction legislation
* Ability to follow instructions effectively while adhering to company procedures
* Good working knowledge of Revit
* A portfolio that demonstrates depth in technical design
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently
* Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK
