Our client is a specialist food business with an add-on B2B Ingredients unit and are looking to appoint a newly created position of UK Managing Director. Reporting to the Group Managing Director, you will be responsible for setting strategic objectives and driving business performance across the UK and European markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Full responsibility for P&L and delivering strategic goals in line with expectations
* Creating and developing win-win relationships with key customers
* Identifying growth opportunities whilst managing risk and aligning strategic goals with operational capability
* Leading a small but high performing team across all functions to create a collaborative environment and ensure short and long-term objectives are met
Minimum Qualifications
To apply, you must be a highly motivated, inspirational commercial business leader. You will have had experience of managing a full end-to-end P&L, ideally in a division of a larger Food/Beverage/Ingredients business (knowledge of B2B Ingredients is preferred). You will have shaped and implemented commercial strategy and developed operational excellence to deliver strategic objectives. You will have a flair for leading and developing people and the drive and communication skills to continue building a "best in class" business.
