Role Overview As Site Agent, you will be a key leader in the delivery of projects, with responsibility for daily site management and performance. You will: Liaise closely with the main contractor and stakeholders Programme and manage works effectively Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports Oversee project budgets and resource planning Ensure materials are delivered on time and work continuity is maintained Manage on-site teams and subcontractors Uphold strict Health, Safety, and Environmental standards Maintain quality control and assurance procedures Handle all relevant site documentation, administration, and permit requirements Requirements You’ll bring strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid civil engineering background.
