Your Responsibilities:
* Lead, inspire, and develop a team across multiple properties.
* Be a culture champion in order to deliver a world-class student experience.
* Ensure every student feels safe, supported, and at home through responsive service and community engagement.
* Drive commercial performance, manage budgets, and support local sales initiatives including summer occupancy.
* Collaborate with the site and central teams to deliver seamless operations.
* Promote sustainability, inclusivity, and continuous improvement across all touchpoints.
Your Profile:
* A confident, people-centred leader with experience managing teams in PBSA, BTR, hospitality, or residential sectors.
* Proven ability to drive performance, lead change, and foster inclusive environments.
* Commercially astute with a track record of delivering operational and financial targets.
* Skilled in handling feedback, resolving issues, and creating solutions that elevate the student experience.
* Passionate about community building, diversity, and making a difference in students’ lives.
