Job Description:
We are seeking a Service Support Manager to build relationships with contract clients, conduct audit inspections, and review performance against Service Level Agreements and Cleaning Specifications. Responsibilities include managing employee wages daily, ensuring Health & Safety compliance, and adhering to statutory Fire and Safety regulations to mitigate risks.
The successful candidate will effectively manage service delivery across various client contracts within an agreed geographical area, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to HR, QHSE, RTW, Vetting, and Contract Compliance.
Key skills include strong management, organization, and time management abilities, along with excellent customer service skills for effective client communication. Flexibility and adaptability in workload management are essential.
Requirements include a full UK clean driver's license (a company car is provided), management experience in soft services/cleaning within facilities management, excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and preferably a Health and Safety IOSH qualification.
