Compliance Co-ordinator We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Co-ordinator to join a brilliant team in Bradford. The Compliance Co-ordinator will be responsible for ensuring that the organisation adheres to legal standards and support the delivery of exceptional service. This role is temporary to permanent. The role takes ownership as the central hub for compliance tracking, SLA monitoring and alerts. It ensures every job is on track, nothing slips past a deadline, and urgent issues are escalated and resolved. The Compliance Co-ordinator will also be responsible for maintaining a complete, audit-ready records so the company can evidence compliance if challenged. This role requires flexibility and initiative and as a new role the successful candidate will help develop the role over time. What you'll be doing Create daily alert reports that highlight emergency jobs, upcoming deadlines and any issues that need same day action. Create exception reports explaining any SLA breaches, recording reasons and corrective actions. Provide weekly client SLA summaries and monthly dashboards for the Senior Management Team. Ensure all emergency jobs are tracked and confirmed as actioned within 24 hours. Design and maintain controls to ensure tracker accuracy and completeness. Run a daily control check and a weekly reconciliation. Analyse SLA breach trends and recommend improvements. What you'll need Excellent Excel skills (formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables). Experience of setting up spreadsheet controls (data validation, protection/locked formulas, error checks, duplicate detection, COUNTIFS/XLOOKUP-based reconciliations). Comfortable with version control and basic change logs for spreadsheets. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information and identify potential risks. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring thorough documentation and reporting. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Problem solver who spots risks early and suggests solutions. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. £14.00 - per hour
