To be considered for the role of Primary Teacher (ECT Pool) you will: Have experience teaching in a primary school setting Strong classroom management skills A positive, proactive, can-do attitude Ability to deliver lessons and mark work effectively Ability to build rapport with colleagues and pupils Excellent time management and organisational skills Knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 or KS2 curriculum Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards it Be able to provide references covering the last 2 years of education and employment (including school placements) A genuine passion for working with children Flexible and adaptable, open to working across a range of schools in the local area A driving licence is desirable but not essential Salary Salary is dependent on experience, training and qualifications.
