Responsibilities
* As a Nested Area Partner, you\u2019ll be in charge of your local strategy, pitch, marketing tactics, and your hours 1 and, as a result, your earnings. You\u2019ll have the autonomy to grow your own estate agency business in the area you know best 1 from prospecting and canvassing to valuing and negotiating.
* Leverage Nested\u2019s marketing support, including doorknocking, direct mail, flyering, or local advertising; you\u2019ll run local advertising with marketing professionals on-hand for support.
* Manage client relationships from start to finish 1 acting as the single point of contact throughout their Nested journey, with a smart selling app and in-house support available.
* Work within a commission structure designed to reward performance, starting at 75% of revenue and increasing up to 100% as you progress.
* Operate as an autonomous, all-encompassing estate agency professional, supported by Nested\u2019s brand, products and services.
Qualifications
* We\u2019re looking for Brighton\u2019s best estate agent. 5-10 years of top industry experience valuing residential property, winning business, selling stock and delighting customers.
* A clear strategy and understanding of managing a marketing budget, generating leads and building a local valuation machine.
* An entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic. Self-employment isn\u2019t for everyone: if clients don\u2019t sell, you don\u2019t get paid. You\u2019ll need genuine passion and a proactive attitude.
* Unrivalled knowledge of your patch, with a long-standing familiarity with your local area, amenities, schools and hotspots.
* Alignment with the Nested brand and a customer-centric approach: a commitment to the Nested values and delivering the best possible outcome and experience for clients.
* Strong social media skills are a bonus, but not essential; support is available, and genuine enthusiasm to build your brand and engage with the community is expected.
