Our client, a leading real estate company, is seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to provide seamless 1:1 support to a senior executive. This is a varied and high-profile role requiring discretion, initiative, and excellent organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
* Proactive diary and inbox management.
* Prepare briefing materials and conduct research for meetings.
* Coordinate and produce board and strategy meeting packs.
* Screen, prioritise, and respond to correspondence, calls, and emails.
* Manage expenses and maintain digital filing systems.
* Organise and support board and strategy meetings, leadership events, and appraisals.
* Assist with business planning and financial reporting support.
* Act as liaison with IT and other internal teams to resolve issues on behalf of the executive.
* Handle ad hoc personal matters, including travel and property-related tasks.
* Plan and book UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries.
* Project manage and deliver internal and external events, from concept to execution.
* Support and deliver business-wide projects and initiatives in collaboration with senior operations and strategy teams.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, acting as an ambassador for the executive and the business.
* Manage social media activity and engagement as required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience (3+ years) supporting senior executive/C-suite level, ideally in a fast-paced corporate or professional services environment.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong digital skills.
* Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
* Discretion, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
