What we are looking for:
* Strong experience in a senior sales role, ideally within foodservice, wholesale, or hospitality
* A good understanding of (and ideally connections within) the London hospitality scene
* A hands-on, proactive approach, someone who leads from the front
* An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a founder-led environment
* Confidence in building relationships and negotiating at all levels
* A real hunger to achieve and exceed targets
