Role Overview As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs to access learning and manage their behaviours effectively. Key duties include: Supporting children with SEMH needs to engage in the curriculum and achieve their targets. Assisting teachers in delivering personalised learning activities and behavioural strategies. Helping pupils develop emotional regulation, social skills, and self-confidence. Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes well-being.
