The Wellbeing Service is part of the national IAPT programme, aimed at helping people across Suffolk aged 16 and over, who are suffering with mild to moderately severe anxiety and depression.
You will be a fully accredited CBT Therapist with the BABCP.
Responsibilities
* Provide high intensity interventions to a range of adults with anxiety, depression and trauma related problems.
* Deliver one‑to‑one work and potentially co‑facilitate group interventions; training and additional support for group work will be provided.
* Receive regular supervision, in‑service training and CPD days to support continued learning and development.
* Contribute to the on‑going development and evaluation of the service as a Band 7 therapist.
* Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team within a hybrid model, delivering care digitally, remotely from home, and face‑to‑face across clinical spaces in Suffolk.
Qualifications
* Fully accredited CBT Therapist with the BABCP.
* Experience working in Primary Care is an advantage.
* Band 7 therapist with the ability to work across Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds and other sites in Suffolk.
Location
The post will be based in one of our sites in Ipswich or Bury St Edmunds, dependent on your own location, with a requirement to work across Suffolk as needed.
