Overview
Showroom Sales Manager role focused on driving results within a successful branch team. The role involves planning, trust, creativity, and turning ideas into tangible bathroom solutions, identifying and capitalising on every sales opportunity, and delivering on promises to customers while exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* To create and maintain a loyal customer base through a proactive approach, building rapport with customers and generating new and repeat business.
* Managing the end-to-end sales journey for customers, putting their wants and needs at the forefront to ensure they achieve the bathroom of their dreams.
* Collaborating with in-branch colleagues to build relationships and cross-sell to current trade customers.
* Raise local awareness of the showroom and the service offered through creative local initiatives.
* Continuously strive to make the showroom the best in order to anticipate and exceed customer needs.
* Previous sales experience in a similar environment is preferable, but the right positive attitude is more important!
