We support individuals in shared living environments and their own homes, helping them live life to the fullest. ⚕️ About the Role You’ll be supporting four individuals, three of whom have autism, within a small supported living service in a rural setting near Durham. Experience with complex needs and alternative communication methods would be beneficial. You may support individuals with: Autism Prader-Willi Syndrome Diabetes Epilepsy Behaviours of concern What a Typical Day Looks Like You’ll support individuals with daily activities while promoting independence and choice, including: Personal care Cooking & meal preparation Shopping & finances Household tasks You’ll also help people enjoy life through activities such as: Walks in quiet locations Day trips (e.g. coast) Arts & crafts Cinema, bowling & baking Music & relaxation Location & Travel This is a rural service (5 miles from Durham city centre).
