Temporary vacancy - Senior Finance Business Partner
Location: Milton Keynes
Contract length: 6 - 9 months
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday

To act as a strategic finance partner within the senior leadership team, providing financial insight, challenge, and guidance to improve business performance and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Review and advise on financial results, forecasts, and risks.
2. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
3. Lead on budget planning, business plans, and financial analysis.
4. Influence cost and income drivers to meet business targets.
5. Coach and challenge senior budget holders on financial performance.
6. Identify cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
7. Deliver KPIs and highlight financial trends and issues.
8. Provide financial leadership in key meetings and investment decisions.
9. Collaborate with senior leaders to drive performance and explore new opportunities.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
10. Experience in complex financial environments and risk management.
11. Proven budget management and financial governance skills.
12. Excellent technical financial and accounting knowledge.
13. Full membership of a professional accounting body.
14. Experience with Oracle systems.
