Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Bamber Bridge, PR5
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
Job Type: Ongoing Temporary (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

* One 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Role Overview
The Best Connection are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join a busy warehouse operation in Bamber Bridge. This is a hands-on role involving goods in/out, stock handling, and general warehouse duties. The position offers a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Handling goods in and goods out processes
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
* Performing stock checks and stock adjustments
* Using hand-held scanners to manage inventory
* Operating FLT Counterbalance (where required)
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
* Supporting general warehouse and manual labour tasks

Requirements
* Valid clean UK driving licence (Category B) - licence check will be carried out
* Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (externally accredited - not in-house)
* Previous warehouse experience preferred
* Experience using hand scanners and stock systems (desirable)
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
* Good attention to detail and reliability
