This UK law firm, with a great culture and retention in their marketing and BD team, are growing and looking for a BD Manager to support their Real Estate group. You will work closely with the wider groups, driving cross selling opportunities and ensuring firm wide initiatives are being best utilised.

The role will include but isn’t limited to:

\n\t
* Contributing to the planning and delivery of BD activities for the groups; Working with the leadership team to identify growth opportunities for the Real Estate practice; Researching commercial developments within the sectors and making recommendations to the business; Understanding the Real Estate teams key clients, and identifying cross selling opportunities; Developing relationships with key referral networks; Working on Real Estate specific bid content; Developing integrated marketing campaigns for the group; Working with the Directories Manager on key submissions and awards;
