Role Purpose
The Outbound Sales Agent plays a key role in converting warm leads into booked consultations and treatments, acting as a trusted advisor for patients throughout their decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact and follow up with inbound patient leads via phone and digital channels
* Build rapport and clearly communicate treatment options
* Address patient inquiries and guide decision-making processes
* Schedule consultations and ensure consistent follow-ups
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
* Achieve individual and team conversion targets
Requirements: Skills & Competencies
Education
* Not mandatory; relevant training in sales, customer service, or healthcare is valued
Experience
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or patient coordination roles
Knowledge & Skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required)
* Confident phone presence and active listening skills
* CRM management experience
* Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy
