Responsibilities
* Ensure that the Hyundai and Genesis Brands achieve annual sales objectives via a balanced spread of the FN50 Leasing companies.
* Undertake quarterly RV and SMR reviews with key leasing companies to optimise Hyundai & Genesis future values and reduce TCO.
* Agree action plans for key leasing companies covering marketing, sales, customer support, sales team’s product knowledge, pricing, and RV reviews.
* Develop lead-generation (from leasing companies to corporate fleet team) and target/measure engagement with sales teams.
* Lead Hyundai & Genesis new product launch strategy with Leasing partners. Key communications, test drive programmes and ensuring efficient go live quotation process.
* Ensure there is sufficient capacity and capability within the Hyundai and Genesis network to facilitate delivery of volume plan.
* Support Corporate Fleet Sales team members when required with queries, pricing, vehicle quoting status and customer events.
* Manage day to day relationship with key leasing companies ensuring reporting on KPIs to key stakeholders.
* Provide monthly KPI reporting on all aspect of performance both externally for Retailers/Sales teams and internal requirements.
* Track order take versus target ensuring order take and order bank targets are met.
* Recommend recovery / optimisation opportunities to balance risk and opportunity.
Person Specification
* Minimum five years’ experience of working in fleet or leasing environment and corporate sector.
* Full understanding of vehicle funding methods and new/existing legislative frameworks.
* Strong understanding of AFV products and connected vehicle implications and opportunities.
* Highly numerate and comfortable working with data and market intelligence to inform and influence.
* A self-starter able to work on their own initiative and to develop and share new ideas.
* Ability to deal confidently and professionally at all levels with stakeholders.
* Able to produce and deliver professional presentations at a senior level.
* Strong, challenging, and competitive individual with the drive to get results.
* Ability to manage, adapt and optimise business processes and to support delivery of business plan.
* Personable and able to build and maintain strong business relationships.
