Responsibilities
:
1. Deliver and execute day-to-day LTP Reporting workstream(s) transformation activities; specific focus on business and data analysis relating to reporting applications, metrics/CDEs, inventories, controls
2. Collaborate with colleagues across Citi and external subject matter experts to design and produce key operational and regulatory Reporting, Metrics and management information solutions, including robust requirements capture documentation
3. Ensure quality, sustainable Metrics & Reporting design and production processes (consistency, accuracy,pleteness, timeliness) including identification and documentation of any gaps/ risks
4. Validate detailed requirements, identify root cause reporting deficiencies, and rmend solutions to strengthen the global platform and supporting control framework
5. Support robust programernance (, plan, status reporting, RAIDs) inc preparation of associatedernance forum and senior management materials
6. Ensure prompt identification and escalation of risks and issues impacting workstream delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed that address key risks and issues
7. Maintain robust change delivery/ business requirements documentation and evidence to meet IA and regulatory scrutiny
8. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by drivingpliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency
Qualifications:
9. Experience in project management and reporting related functions ( metrics, CDEs, reports)
10. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
11. Excellent business/ data analysis expertise, problem solving skills and curiosity to develop deep process and systems knowledge
12. Possesses a strong knowledge of reporting, data and metrics op model, control design and best practice
13. Proven ability to interpret business stakeholder needs and translate into considered business/ functional requirements
14. Wholesale lending experience a significant advantage, preference for background in Transaction Management, Operations, Risk or Finance function
15. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills to influence and drive decision-making across a large global group of stakeholders
16. Ambitious and eager for ownership, demonstrates sense of urgency and positive and optimistic approach to change delivery
17. Operates independently under tight deadlines and prioritizespeting demands in a dynamic environment
18. Proactive, 'no surprises', approach inmunicating issues/ requests
19. Advanced quantitative skills with a high proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft based programs. Tableau/ visualization tool, SQL experience desirable.
20. Preferred candidate will have understanding of trade booking & transaction lifecycle. Ideally, worked in middle office as data and metrics SME in the past
Additional experience and knowledge for Internal Candidate
21. Experience in using Lynx UI, Optima Cognos Reporting Tool, CitiRisk (Facility Management, Collateral) and extracting data from Data Globe (especially data schemas: DGSTREAM, DGFU, DGREF & DGLOBE)
22. Good understanding on Loan data hierarchy (Request/Credit Agreement/Facility/GFRN) in Lynx.
