About This Role

As a Business Development Degree Apprentice, you’ll play an active part in supporting Indevor Group’s growth and strategic initiatives all while working towards your degree. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine academic study with hands‑on experience, giving you direct exposure to the commercial, operational, and strategic aspects of business development.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, clients, and partners, gaining valuable insight into how business relationships are built and sustained. From attending meetings and events to supporting project delivery and research, you’ll develop the confidence, skills, and professional understanding needed to succeed in a dynamic and people-focused business environment.


What You’ll Do

* Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of social housing clients, ensuring their needs are met and any concerns are resolved efficiently, professionally, and in line with Indevor Group’s service standards.
* Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients, aligning services with their goals and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Represent Indevor Group at networking events, award evenings, and exhibitions, promoting our values and strengthening client connections.
* Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with existing and prospective clients to understand emerging requirements. Collaborate with business leaders to gain strategic insight and contribute to initiatives that drive organisational growth.
* Marketing and Outreach: Support marketing activities by engaging with potential clients, contributing to campaign development, and participating in industry discussions to enhance Indevor Group’s visibility and reputation.
