We are recruiting a Contract Administrator
We seek a diligent, professional Contract Administrator to join our busy team. This role requires a resilient, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Overview of Role:
The Contract Administrator acts as a vital link between stakeholders, ensuring accurate data delivery and communication daily to relevant parties, and that all planned and allocated work is distributed on time, meeting company and client standards.
The successful candidate will support team leaders, engineers, suppliers, and tenants with proven administrative experience, ideally within housing, premises, or facilities management sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning daily work schedules for Heating Engineers, Multi-Skilled Engineers, Electricians, Plumbers, Apprentices, and communicating assignments.
2. Ensuring data is accurate and delivered promptly.
3. Maintaining up-to-date records via appropriate mediums.
4. Collaborating with other Contract Administrators and Supervisors.
5. Handling phone inquiries from clients and tenants.
Required Attributes:
1. A self-motivated individual eager to develop within a successful company.
2. Strong customer service skills.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, IT systems, and databases, with excellent organizational skills.
4. Experience handling high call volumes is advantageous.
5. A friendly, professional attitude to foster good relationships with engineers, tenants, and clients.
All candidates must pass criminal and reference checks prior to employment.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break, based at our Coleshill branch.
