Expected OTE: Up to £30,000
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Shifts: Monthly Rota (12-hour shifts)
Overtime: Available Training: Full Training Provided
The Opportunity
Join a dedicated team in a small, 2-bedded children's residential home in Southport. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are driven to make a positive difference in the lives of young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and complex needs.
We are actively hiring for:
Waking Night Support Workers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consistent, effective emotional and practical support to children and young people.
Assist and accompany young people in the home and community settings.
Accurately record all support provided, ensuring compliance with OFSTED and company standards.
Implement, follow, and update individualised care plans.
Work collaboratively with the staff team to maintain a safe, nurturing, and stable environment.

The most essential requirement is a genuine drive and passion to care and support young people.
Experience: No formal residential experience is required. Full training is provided from day one.
Attitude: Resilience, empathy, and a proactive approach to challenging behaviours.
Commitment: Willingness to work a structured, monthly shift pattern.
