A long-established, privately owned rural estate, backed by highly experienced investors and operators with real ambition, is looking for a talented Property Manager to help drive the next phase of growth. This is an exceptional opportunity for a rural chartered surveyor who enjoys hands-on estate work but also wants to step into a more commercial, strategic environment.
You’ll take ownership of a broad and interesting let portfolio (residential, commercial and office) and work directly with senior leadership on modernising systems, improving performance and shaping long-term plans. Variety, autonomy and genuine progression are on offer.

What you’ll do
* Manage and enhance the estate’s diverse let portfolio across multiple counties
* Lead lettings, lease events, compliance and maintenance programmes
* Build strong tenant relationships and oversee refurb/upgrade projects
* Support wider diversification, improvement and growth initiatives
Who you are
* MRICS preferred (rural/commercial/residential pathways all welcome)
* Strong property management experience, ideally across mixed-use or rural assets
* Proactive, organised and commercially minded, with the confidence to run things independently
* Based in, or willing to relocate to, Suffolk/Essex/Cambridgeshire.
