We’re supporting a high-growth, bootstrapped technology company in their search for a VP of Product to join the executive team. This is a pivotal role leading product, vision, strategy, scaling the function, and shaping how the organisation continues to grow.
What you’ll be doing
* Owning product strategy across a portfolio with revenues north of £40m ARR.
* Leading and scaling a team of 7+ product managers, building high-performing, empowered teams.
* Driving alignment between product, engineering, and commercial teams to accelerate growth.
* Introducing more mature product practices (OKRs, telemetry, pricing/packaging, customer segmentation) while respecting a strong, existing culture.
* Embedding AI and data-led decision making into products used by tens of thousands of enterprise customers and a global community of practitioners.
What we’re looking for
* Experience leading product portfolios at scale (ideally £40m+ ARR).
* Proven record managing teams of 5+ PMs.
* Strong background building products for B2B enterprise customers (technical end-users such as developers, engineers, or designers).
* Exposure to AI/ML productisation — embedding AI into product experiences or driving AI-led features.
* Commercial instincts: pricing, packaging, customer segmentation.
* People-first leader who balances performance with culture.
* Ability to partner with engineering and design, influencing across exec teams.
