The Major Risks Practice Division is made up of a team of strong Account Managers who are dedicated to providing the best possible service to their clients. Due to the growth within the Major Risks Practice Division, a permanent position for an Account Manager has arisen.
Your new role
Your new role as an Account Manager means you will be responsible for providing account servicing support for each of your accounts whilst maintaining profitability. You will report directly to a Team Leader and collaborate closely with several Directors on the accounts you support, working alongside the wider team and client base. Duties will include handling the end-to-end management of client accounts from new business involvement to conversion and renewal to renewal, fostering and maintaining
strong client relationships and providing dedicated support to assigned accounts within cross multiple trades and industries across various classes of insurance. You will also handle the day-to-day handling of the account, including responding to client queries and supporting ongoing projects as they arise. Use of Acturis daily.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as amercial or Corporate Account handler or Account Manager handling large Corporate or Major Risks/Global accounts.
will contribute to your success in securing this role. Ideally, you will have worked with
largermercial / corporate insurance cross-class experience. You will be holding or working towards the Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications. You will be risk-aware in handling customer information, able to work towards targets, have a strong attention to detail and be fully proficient in Acturis. You will be able to show evidence of rapport-building and customer service skills with excellentmunication and social skills.
