Key responsibilities of a Mortgage Advisor:
19. Building relationships with the Estate Agency team through training and support
20. Take part in regular team meetings to discuss best practice and build relationships
21. You will conduct 2 to 3 appointments a day
22. Providing advice on a range of products and services to meet your customers’ needs
23. You will also be attracting new customers and business whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment
Skills and experience required to be a successful Mortgage Advisor:
24. Resilient, positive and friendly attitude
25. Strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions
26. Motivated to be successful
27. Always doing the right thing by the customer
28. Able to work under pressure and build strong alliances
29. CeMap qualified or Equivalent or willing to train towards holding the qualification
30. Full UK Driving Licence
