An established manufacturing business in the West Midlands is looking to appoint a B2B Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive to support the next phase of its growth and investment in building their brand.
Working closely with the commercial leadership team, this role will play an important part in shaping marketing strategy, strengthening brand presence and supporting sales growth across a range of industrial markets. The position offers broad exposure across both strategic planning and hands‑on campaign delivery.
The Role
* Develop and deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns aligned with commercial objectives
* Create engaging content across digital channels including website, social media and trade publications
* Support SEO and digital marketing activity alongside the internal digital team
* Build lead generation campaigns targeting key industrial sectors and end users
* Manage marketing collateral and product communications across distributor and trade channels
* Work with agencies and internal teams to produce high quality marketing assets
* Support product launches, trade shows and industry events
This role would suit either a Senior Marketing Executive ready to step into a broader role or an established Marketing Manager with strong B2B experience.
You will likely bring:
* Experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns within manufacturing, industrial or technical sectors
* Strong content creation and communication skills
* Track record of delivery across digital marketing activity and lead generation
* A commercially minded approach with the ability to link marketing activity to business outcomes
