An opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Team Manager to join our multidisciplinary team.
The Crisis Response Team provides interventions to young people at the point of mental health crisis.
The team offers a 24/7 service with flexible working patterns, including both night and day shifts.
As Deputy Team Manager, you will deputise for the Clinical Team Manager in their absence.
The base will be in Knowsley, with travel required to multiple sites and community settings. Out-of-hours enhancements and travel expense reimbursements are provided.
You will support the Team Manager in clinical and managerial responsibilities, contribute to maintaining standards, and support clinical governance and service development.
You will assist in staff supervision, performance management, and participate in incident investigations and service improvements.
This role involves working in team numbers when necessary to assist with assessments and clinical caseloads.
