What you'll do
As the Campaign Delivery Manager at Nectar360, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of direct reports, providing coaching and support to ensure campaign objectives are met. Collaborating closely with internal teams, clients, creative agencies, and media owners, you will oversee the execution of high-impact activations aligned with specific business units and channel portfolios. You will focus on managing strategic client relationships, driving innovation, and improving campaign effectiveness. You will also participate in key projects such as system integrations, process improvements, and strategic initiatives to promote continuous enhancement in campaign delivery.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in delivering impactful customer and in-store communication channels, ideally within the FMCG sector. Your ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, along with experience in media negotiation and buying, makes you a key contributor to successful campaign executions and strategic client relationships. You possess a deep understanding of the evolving Retail Media landscape, including key platforms, data-driven targeted strategies, measurement methodologies, and the role of retailers as media owners. Your proven track record in people management, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration enables you to lead high-performing teams and deliver market-leading activations that drive growth and improve customer experiences.
Essential Criteria
* Background in delivering customer and in-store communication channels; FMCG experience is a plus.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
* Understanding of the Retail Media landscape, including key platforms, data-driven targeted strategies, measurement methodologies, and the evolving role of retailers as media owners.
* Demonstrated people management capabilities.
* Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
