About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Class Teacher to join the school on a fixed-term basis from January 2026 to December 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant Key Stage 2 team and make a lasting impact on pupils during a pivotal year in their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Take full responsibility for planning, teaching, and marking
Monitor and support the academic and personal development of all pupils
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that reflects the school’s Christian values
Work collaboratively with colleagues, SLT, and the wider school community
Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A commitment to fostering a nurturing and respectful learning environment
Alignment with the school’s Christian ethos and values
