We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to be the face of this thriving business within Professional Services. This pivotal role will involve delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the reception area runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting and assisting visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere
* Coordinating events from start to finish with seamless execution
* Maintaining high standards of presentation for the client areas
* Setting up meeting rooms, including catering arrangements as needed
* Handling calls and emails promptly and professionally
* Completing health and safety paperwork diligently
* Collaborating with ground floor security and workplace staff for smooth operations
* Setting up Audio Visual and Video Conferencing (AV/VC) equipment and providing IT support as needed
* Supporting the Property and Workplace Team with ad hoc tasks
