Job Description
* Proactively generate and convert membership leads through tours, referrals and follow-up activity
* Conduct personalised consultations, confidently presenting membership packages, benefits and pricing
* Achieve and exceed membership sales targets, driving revenue growth and retention
* Manage prospect pipelines, tracking conversion rates and performance metrics
* Build strong relationships with members to maximise engagement and lifetime value
* Identify and develop corporate and local partnership opportunities to grow the membership base
* Support Spa reception in converting enquiries into memberships, bookings and retail sales
* Promote spa services, retail and wellness offerings to increase overall member spend
* Ensure a luxury guest experience at all touchpoints, maintaining Fairmont brand standards
* Oversee accurate membership administration, billing and reporting processes
* Handle guest queries and escalations professionally, ensuring effective resolution
* Support operational standards, team alignment and daily service delivery within Spa & Wellness
Qualifications
* Proven track record in membership or luxury sales with strong conversion results
* Confident sales approach with excellent closing and negotiation skills
* Commercially driven with a target-focused mindset
* Experience within a luxury spa, health club or hospitality environment preferred
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Proficient in CRM systems, reporting and membership management processes
* Professional presence and high standards of personal presentation
