About the role
Join us as a Shop Manager
You’ll lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers. We serve our customers across various channels including in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru. You will be responsible for ensuring customers have a brilliant shopping experience, whether they order in store or online.
During a typical day, you can expect to:
1. Lead the team to achieve excellent results and maintain shop standards.
2. Drive high performance through recruitment, training, development, and engagement.
3. Monitor wage controls, waste, and customer service standards.
4. Participate in food preparation and serving customers.
5. Ensure the shop is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming.

If you have experience as a Supervisor or Line Manager, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a food-on-the-go or retail environment, this role could be for you.
