We are looking for our future EMEA Strategic Account Management (SAM) Director to join our Revenue team! The role can be based in France (Lyon preferred), the UK or Germany (Munich preferred). Frequent travels to be expected.


About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Account leader to drive Resmed’s partnerships with leading pan-European Home Care Providers. This senior, high-impact role is responsible for shaping enterprise-level relationships, engaging C-suite stakeholders, and delivering multi-year, value-based partnerships across Europe. You will operate in a complex, matrixed environment, leading cross-functional and cross-country teams without direct authority to deliver measurable business outcomes.


What You’ll Do

* Own and lead strategic relationships with top pan-European accounts
* Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with customer and ResMed priorities
* Build trusted partnerships with C-level stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor
* Drive value-based solutions combining devices, digital, and services
* Lead complex, multi-country negotiations and partnership agreements
* Orchestrate cross-functional and cross-country teams to ensure consistent execution
* Deliver revenue growth, margin improvement, and share of wallet expansion


What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience managing multinational or pan-European strategic accounts
* Strong track record of engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders
* Experience in complex negotiations and multi-year agreements
* Background in MedTech, healthcare, or complex B2B environments
* Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrix organization without direct authority
* Experience in value-based or solution selling approaches
* Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
