Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie, located in Greater London. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing and presenting dishes according to the restaurant's standards, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Duties include supervising junior kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food production, and contributing to menu development and innovation. The role requires a commitment to maintaining health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
* Culinary skills: Experience in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
* Organizational skills: Ability to manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen
